I go back to work on Monday. I spoke with Amy about what has happened in my absence. She told me that no attacks have occurred and that the new batch of trainees certified today. This adds 28xCQS and 6xSM to our ranks.
Our son’s birth is making it very hard to go back. I can’t help but imagine what his life will be like if I get killed. I’ll just swallow the fear and keep my head down until I get high enough in rank to stay safe or lateral to information security.
